【Registration Types】
There are two types of registration:
On-site Registration for participants attending the conference at the venue on Tuesday, December 9 and Wednesday, December 10.
On-demand Registration for participants who wish to view the archived sessions, which will be available from Monday, December 15 till Wednesday, December 31.
On-site (In-person) Registration
Registration fees vary depending on your professional affiliation, as shown in the table below.
The on-site venue consists of two areas: the Closed Area (paid) and the Open Area (free admission).
Advance registration is required for both areas.
Participants registered for the Closed Area will have access to both the Closed Area and the Open Area, as well as to the on-demand archives that will be made available after the conference.
Participants registered for the Open Area will have access only to the Open Area sessions.
The registration period will remain open until Friday, December 5.
The relationship between the registration types and the programs accessible to each category is as follows.

On-demand (Streaming Access) Registration
Registration fees vary depending on your professional affiliation, as shown in the table below.
Participants registered for on-demand access will not have access to the on-site venue.
However, those who register for the on-site “Closed Area” sessions will also be granted access to the on-demand streaming after the conference.
The registration period will remain open until Friday, December 26.

【Registration Procedure】
For security reasons, the registration process consists of two steps: Pre-registration and Final registration.
After reviewing the information provided in your pre-registration, we will send you the link to the final registration site.
Please fill out the required fields after carefully reading and agreeing to the following four points.
- 1. Review and Confirmation
Following your pre-registration, the Secretariat will review your submitted information.
Invitations to the final registration site will be sent sequentially, in order of pre-registration, starting in early November.
Only those who have completed the final registration will be eligible to participate.
Please note that pre-registration alone does not guarantee participation. - 2. Language of Entry
Please complete the form in English or Japanese. - 3. Entry with QR Code
Upon completion of final registration, participants attending in person will receive an Entry QR Code for admission. - 4. Security and Admission Policy
For security and operational reasons, the organizer reserves the right to decline registration or admission at its discretion.
Please understand that we may not be able to provide a detailed explanation in such cases.
Payment
We use Stripe for credit card payments.
After completing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to download your receipt.
Cancellation
Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted once your registration has been completed.
【How to Participate】
Entry with QR Code
Participants who register for on-site attendance will receive an Entry QR Code after completing their registration.
At the venue, please bring a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) for identity verification.
At the registration desk, your name will be checked against the registration record and your identification documents to confirm your identity before entry.
On-site Registration
On-site participation is by advance registration only.
Please note that on-site registration will not be available.
On the day of the event, please be sure to bring both your QR code and a valid government-issued photo ID.
Participants who fail to present these items or whose identity cannot be verified may be denied entry.
【Additional Information】
Certification
ISC2 CPE Credits
CYDEF2025 is recognized as an ISC2 CPE-eligible event.
ISC2 members are requested to self-report their CPE credits based on the total time spent attending eligible sessions (excluding social events such as receptions).
You may claim 1 CPE credit per hour of attendance.
Please retain the certificate of participation provided at the event as proof of attendance for your records.
